PURPOSE: An online member management system is provided to form a pyramid type multistep member structure where a member has the limited number of lower hierarchical members and pay a part of a sale margin to upper hierarchical members when a member purchases a product over an online network. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises steps of a person accessing a home page offered by a server and subscribing for a member according to a guide of each step, the server enrolling the member into a multistep member management and sale structure database, the server converting a member into a marketer if the member wants and limiting the number of lower hierarchical members affiliated to the marketer, the member outputting member data of each hierarchical step by using the database and the operator offering various payment methods for repaying the sale margin to the members positioned at each step, the members performing commercial transaction, and paying a part of the sale margin to upper hierarchical members as the offered payment method.
