PURPOSE: Provided is healthy cooking oil prepared by low-temperature heating through compressing method to prevent the breakdown of active principles in plant seeds and to remove lipid hydroperoxide and active oxygen from the cell membrane having lots of fat. CONSTITUTION: Plant seeds such as Carthami Flos seeds, sesame seeds, rice chaff, beans and corn are used for manufacturing cooking oil. Adulterated things like soil, dust, wood splinters and miscellaneous cereals are removed from the plant seeds. The seeds are heated and dried at 60deg.C. The dried seeds are compressed to get cooking oil and the oil is used as a food additive and for health.
