PURPOSE: A dream-DRT is provided to stabilize the hardware by dividing a network data and a voice data and collectively processing all data through one line. CONSTITUTION: Numbers are inputted using a general telephone by a user(S1). An inputted voice data is converted(S2). The converted data is compressed and decomressed(S3). Data are partially controlled(S4). A DSP is controlled(S5), and data are generated by a packet unit and the data are spread to a network or a PC/FAX(S6). The data delay, echo, and data loss of a network part are controlled for encoding and decoding the data(S7). The data are controlled according to a communication method such as an xDSL and a cable L/L(S8). A TCP/IP is controlled by a protocol(S9). A data packet is outputted(S10).
