PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic commercial transaction system, server system, terminal for seller, terminal for purchaser, electronic commercial transaction method and recording medium with electronic commercial transaction program recorded thereon with which an electronic commercial transaction is opened, the width of the commercial transaction can be widened and the procedure of the electronic commercial transaction can be facilitated. SOLUTION: This system has a terminal 12 for seller for registering article information on the articles of a transaction object in a server system 16, a terminal 14 for purchaser for supplying purchase condition information concerning a desired article to the server system 16, and a server system 16 for storing the article information supplied from the terminal 12 for seller into a data base 20 for article information, retrieving article information suited to the purchase condition information from the data base 20 for article information and transmitting the retrieved result to the terminal 14 for purchaser.
