<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for supporting a user to acquire new electronic mail information. SOLUTION: An electronic mail provider actively provides the identification information of electronic mail. Next, concerning the arrival of new electronic mail, the user can acquire a message and identification information thereof without dial connection to the electronic mail provider. The device and the method for electronic mail provider for transmitting electronic mail and for the user to acquire electronic mail are improved. Further, these device and method can be expanded for easily notifying the user of the arrival of new electronic mail without first providing complete identification information.</p> |
