PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable brined freezer to be small in size, a more efficient preferable heat accumulation to be realized and further enable its running cost to be reduced. SOLUTION: There are provided vacuum cooling tanks V1, V2; vacuum pumps P1, P2 for reducing air pressure in the vacuum cooling tanks V1m V2; a cold trap 10 cooled with brine so as to cause water vapor contained in discharged air of the vacuum cooling tanks V1, V2 to be condensed and removed; a brine freezer 20; a first brine circulating circuit 31 constituted to include the brine freezer 20; a first circulation pump 28; a second brine circulation circuit 31 constituted to include the cold trap 10; second circulation pump 32; a heat exchanging means 60 for performing a heat exchanging operation between the first the brine circulation circuit 21 and the second brine circulation circuit 31; and a heat accumulating tank 50 arranged between the brine freezer 20 and the heat exchanging means 60 by the first brine circulation circuit 21 so as to store cooling energy attained by the brine freezer 20.
