PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a crystal vibrator having a narrow electrode terminal interval and a small mounting area. SOLUTION: The crystal vibrator has a can 10 having a vibration chip in its inside and whose axial direction is placed horizontally, a lead wire 20 placed at one end of the can 10 and connected to the vibration chip, an electrode terminal 100 connected to the lead wire, and a resin 40 covering the can, the lead wire and the electrode terminal, an upper side electrode whose terminal is connected to the lead wire and a rear side of a lower side electrode integrated with the upper side electrode at the corner of the bottom face of the lead wire.
