PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce managerial loads, in data downloading on a network, due to data and downloading, and manage information of the both appropriately. SOLUTION: Plurality of electronic appliances 4-9, a managerial PC 3 that downloads data to the electronic appliances and a serve 2 are included in this network, therein the server 2 preserves the data downloaded by the managerial PC 3 and the information related to the downloading so as to collectively manage the data and the information.
