PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reconfigurable electronic switch matrix, especially for universal space having little loss or less attenuation. SOLUTION: The switch matrix 60 of this invention having n-inputs and p-outputs includes electronic type switches 101, 102, 103, 104, 10"1, 10"2, 10"3, and 10"4. When switching changes connection of an input of the switch matrix to an output to connect the input to other output of the switch matrix, the switches are connected among the inputs and outputs, so that a loss by the switches interposed between an input and an output remains the same. This invention is applied to switch matrices, where a failed electronic element connected to one output of one switch matrix is replaced with another electronic element connected to other output of the switch matrix.
