PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker with excellent assembling efficiency, whose components can easily be recycled. SOLUTION: In the speaker configured with a core magnetic circuit, the magnetic circuit consists of a plate formed into a torus by using a magnetic member, a yoke consisting of a cylinder made of a magnetic member with a bottom having a hole whose inner face is formed to configure a prescribed interval from the outer circumferential face of the plate, and a permanent magnet formed into a torus and closely adhered between the plate and the bottom of the yoke, a coupling component formed into a rod by using a nonmagnetic metallic member or a resin or the like is penetrated through the hole of the permanent magnet clamped between the plate and the yoke, a projection from the plate or the yoke is caulked or calked with heating and the three components are pressed and coupled.
