PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an embedded nut high in mounting accuracy, proper for the operation of its being mounted and removed, and easy to recycle. SOLUTION: This embedded nut 1 is to be buried in a hollow piece 6 for fixing any member using a bolt, etc. The nut 1 is provided on its inside surface with a female treaded portion 3 to mate with the bolt, and on the outside surface with male threads 2. A slot 5 for lessening the torque at screwing in, is provided at the side wall bottom of the nut 1. The nut is furnished at the head with a cruciform groove 4.
