<p>The invention discloses a new kind of human ATPase 30 and the polynucleotide encoding said polypeptide and a process for producing the polypeptide by recombinant methods. It also discloses the method of applying the polypeptide for the treatment of various kins of diseases, such as Menkes diseaseoccipital horn syndrome, other neurodegeneration diseases, different kinds of cancer, embryogenesis disorder, dysgenopathy diseases, immune diseases, inflammation, hemopathy, HIV infection. The antagonist of the polypeptide and therapeutic use of the same are also disclosed. In addition, it refers to the use of polynucleotide encoding said human ATPase 30.</p> |
