PURPOSE: To provide an agrochemical composition of which active ingredients do not remain in the treating points or are not blown by wind, having the excellent diffusion property when the composition is directly thrown for scattering over the flooded rice fields, especially so much for difficult points, a laborsaving dispersion agent including an active agrochemical ingredient of liquid in room temperature and an agrochemical composition containing high content of the active agrochemical ingredient liquid in room temperature. CONSTITUTION: The agrochemical composition for rice field prepared by wrapping granular composition comprising a liquid component containing an agrochemical active ingredient liquid is room temperature, hollow body and surfactant supported by the granular nucleus with a water soluble film bag and the method for scattering the agrochemical particles wherein 5-20 pieces per 10a of the above agrochemical composition are directly thrown in the flooded rice field are provided.
