PURPOSE: A specific information recognition rate enhancing method and system is provided to add recognition data on specific information when the specific information is publicized on various mass media for enabling a user to apply for a free gift event with the recognition data so that it can enhance a recognition rate on specific information. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a plurality of applicant computers(A1-An), a plurality of advertiser computers(B1-Bn), a database analysis server(22), a web server(20), and a database server(24). The advertiser computers(B1-Bn) requests recognition data to the database analysis server(22). The database analysis server(22) offers the recognition data including a 4 digit combination lucky number by accessing an operation system of a mass media. The database analysis server(22) notifies the database server(24) of the recognition data, and the database server(24) stores the recognition data at a database(DB1). The web server(20) enables the applicant computers(A1-An) to apply for a lucky number lottery event, and performs the lottery event to choose lucky numbers by using a lottery engine, and sends e-mail to a lottery winner. The web server(20) receives recognition data fee from the advertisers by using a payment server(26), and gives the prize money to the lottery winner and an advertisement agent owning the mass media to publicize the specific information with the winning recognition data.
