The body building apparatus comprises a curved rail (10), with graduations (11), which has two adjustable stops (18,19) between which a runner (12) with rollers (13) is moved. The runner has fixing flanges (14) and a metal rod (15) allowing the addition of loads and rubber plugs (16,17) for absorbing contact with the stops. There are two supports (1,2), one having an adjustable handlebar (5), the other a storage rod (8) for cast iron discs (9).
