PURPOSE: An electronic boiler system is provided to prevent a shorted circuit caused by the overheated circulating water in a heater by cooling a heat exchanger or the heater frequently. CONSTITUTION: An electronic boiler system consists of a first flow sensor(204) for checking the flow rate and velocity of circulating water toward a heat exchanger or a heater, and a triac(216) for isolating/feeding power depending on the checked flow amount. The first flow sensor checks the flow rate and velocity of water from a feed tank(4) or water pipes(P). If the current flow rate and velocity of the water is lower than the proper value, the triac is operated and the heat exchanger or the heater is stopped. The heat exchanger or the heater is operated again when the flow rate and velocity of the water reaches a specific level. Thereby, the heat exchanger or the heater is prevented from a shorted circuit caused by the overheated circulating water in the heat exchanger or the heater. An overheat preventing device(150) prevents the circulating water from being overheated. A water magnetizer(214) prevents the inside of a pipe from scaling and softens hot water. The hot water flows to a feed tank(410) through a heating valve(206), a radiator or a heating pipe from the water magnetizer. The water is supplied into the heat exchanger or the heater by a circulating pump(310). A check valve(203) prevents the water from flowing back to the feed tank.
