PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent usage through illegal replications of image data and promote legitimate usage. SOLUTION: This method prevents viewing the image data, based on the relevant image data by means of eliminating a part of the relevant image data, casing a part of the relevant image data not to be executed, or adding the other data to the relevant image data on the transmission of the image data to not to take place, and can also can change the location or the time on which the user of the relevant image data actualizes the display, based on the part of the relevant image data which are eliminated, non-executed, or added to other data, or can prevent the user from viewing, only when the user stores the relevant image data to a fixed storage medium. In addition, this method transmits relevant image data, only when they do not pose copyright infringment to occur through judging whether relevant transmission infringes on the copyright of the image data. Moreover, this method adds to the relevant image data presenting the conditions that the users can use the relevant image data, when the image data are transmitted publicaly. |
