PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve security without using a new input device such as a touch pad for fingerprint input in a data transmission and reception system. SOLUTION: A data transmitter uses a means 105 for attaching sound data for authentication and attaches sound data for authentication prepared based on sound input to transmission data. A data receiver temporarily stores received data, extracts the sound data for authentication and collates the sound data for authentication with sound data for collation by using a sound data collating means 115. When collation results do not match, the received data are decided as illegal data and are eliminated so that the data transmission and reception system whose security is improved can be constructed.
