PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a dew formation occurring on an outer surface of an anchor rail at a place having bad installing conditions of a prefabricated refrigerator due to the rail formed of a foamed polystyrene. SOLUTION: The anchor rail has an inner hollow part formed at an outer peripheral wall having a connecting groove on an upper surface of a synthetic resin, and a narrow groove formed deeper than the connecting groove at a center of a bottom wall of the connecting groove to allow a hook of a rotary locking unit to be intruded to the narrow groove. In this case, a heat insulator of a foamed polyurethane is filled in the hollow part. And, an engaging pin for engaging the hook of the locking unit is provided from the outer peripheral wall laterally through both walls of the narrow groove.
