PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost of an ice storage system and to make the system compact. SOLUTION: This ice storage system is provided with a refrigerant circuit 3 for cold storage equipped with a heat exchanger 9 for cold storage and a refrigerant circuit 6 for refrigeration equipped with a heat exchanger 10 for refrigeration, and a water tank 7 in which the heat exchangers 9 and 10 are positioned. The water tank 7 is obtained by combining heat insulation panels 46 and 47 with each other and waterproofing the internal surface of the tank 7.
