PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove and treat a self-combustible smoke candle quickly when it is thrown into unspecified crowd because a self-combustible smoke candle or signal candle is not extinguished nor damped down with water or through interruption of air supply. SOLUTION: A smoke candle thrown into a place of event jets colored smoke while flaming and a person in charge contains the candle in the inventive bag in order to remove it surely thus settling confusion of crowd quickly.
