PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission-bonding belt B which can extend the life and prevent cracks at high rotation with a small diameter pulley; therefore, the belt B comprises the upper layer 3 on the bonding rubber layer 2 including a core wire 1, the bottom layer including short fibers under the rubber layer 2, the backside canvas layer 4 on the top side of the upper layer 3, a plurality of V shaped V belt parts 9 formed by the grooved parts 8 in the belt B bottom, and the V belt parts 9 are linked in the width direction. SOLUTION: The bottom of the grooving part 8 in the belt B positions at the upper rubber layer 3. As the distance from the center of the core wire 1 to the top surface is Tc, Tc sets in 1.3 mm to 3.5 mm. As the distance from the bottom of the grooving part 8 to the top surface of V belt is X, X sets in 0.6 mm to 3.7 mm.
