PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retaining structure and a fastening way of a vibration isolation bushing with an enough bonding strength without eccentricity or misalignment of an axis. SOLUTION: The retaining structure of the press fit type vibration isolation bushing comprises the press fit type vibration isolation bushing made by an inside pipe 11 and a rubber elastic body 12 fixed to the outside circle of the pipe 11, a retaining part 17 holding the bushing, and a bond layer 15 equipped between the retaining part 17 and the elastic body 12. Friction or viscous resistance of the relative displacement, which generates between the holding part 17 and the elastic body 12, makes the bond layer.
