PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing method and an information communication system to provide a customer with more useful information by predicting consumption behaviors of the customer from events to happen in the future. SOLUTION: This information providing method to provide the customer whose personal information is preliminarily registered with prescribed event information is provided with a step to store the personal information by every customer unit, a step to store providing information provided by an information provider, a step to select related information to be related to the event information from the providing information based on the personal information of the customer by prescribed analysis technique and a step to provide the customer with specific information formed by adding the related information to the event information at prescribed timing before occurrence of the event.
