PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method by which SG data is easily and surely set to a distributed system without taking long operating and device therefor. SOLUTION: An SG resource film from a distribution origin system of SG data is received and checked by a representative module (1), SG data is generated by developing the SG resource film and an object module is calculated (2), propriety of the generated SG data and a state of the object module on which the SG data is reflected are checked (3), when the object module is a state that can reflect, the SG data SG setting by an SG data setting command is performed for the object module (4), its result is transmitted from the representative module to the distribution origin system of the SG data and when the object module is in a state that cannot reflect, the SG data an error is transmitted from the representative module to the distribution origin system of the SG data at that point in time (6).
