PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expand an address expression range while maintaining the interchangeability with a standard disk. SOLUTION: Expression range as an address value is expanded by representing a 'second' which is a 16-bit binary code by using minute information, second information and frame information in sub-codes or wobbling grooves as a disk recording medium of a CD format.
