PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic filing system to facilitate document registration and document management according to document registration regulation of ISO, etc., to efficiently perform retrieval and reference of the document and in which the document registration and retrieval are easy to understand. SOLUTION: A registration part 10, a database 20 and a retrieving part 30 are included in this electronic filing system. A document number acquiring part 14 of the registration part 10 facilitates the document registration and the document management according to the document registration regulation of ISO, etc., by automating the numbering of a document number and the registering work of the document by relating them to document classification. In addition, a registration area creating part 12 of the registration part 10 and a document acquiring part 33 of a retrieving part 30 make the retrieval and the reference of the document possible to be efficiently performed by relating a document number to a document registration area by hierarchy by which the document is classified. In addition, the registration part 10 is provided with a document registering means capable of performing specification of the document classification, acquisition of serial numbers and version numbers on the same picture. |
