PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem due to the fact that an error correction ability cannot be sufficiently presented sometimes when connecting a first protocol, with which an error-correcting system is specified, and a second protocol capable of arbitrarily specifying a packet length. SOLUTION: A first matrix (M×N) for logical error correction is constituted by dividing a transmission data stream for a prescribed length, adding a prescribed error-correcting code and arranging M pieces of first data streams having a length N in the direction of column as the direction of row, a second matrix (N×Q) for logical error correction is constituted by arranging P pieces of first matrixes in the direction of a column when extracting data from the first matrix in the direction of column and transmitting these data by connecting the second protocol capable of arbitrarily specifying the packet length to the first protocol for generating the transmitting packet of a length M, and the packet of the second protocol is generated by successively extracting the data for a length Q=(M×P) from the second matrix in the direction of column.
|
