PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evade the function stoppage of a master station due to continuous vibration data by detecting the vibration of the output data of a sensor and limiting data input. SOLUTION: In this remote supervisory and controlling device 1 composed of the master station 2 provided with a data processor for supervising and controlling data transmitted by slave stations in concentration and the plural slave stations 31-3n connected with plants 41-4n for gathering the data indicating the various kinds of equipment information inside the plants and transmitting them to the master station, the master station 2 is provided with a vibration detection means 214 for detecting the vibration of the data transmitted by the slave stations 31-3n and a data selection means 212. When the vibration detection means detects the vibration of the data, the data selection means 212 is controlled, the data are abandoned and the vibrating data are not transmitted to the data processing means.
