<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit exchanging of respective lamp heaters at the optimum timing before generating error in reference to an integrated energizing time with respect to the individual lamp heaters. SOLUTION: In a control unit 20, an energizing time integrating unit 231 provided in a sequencer 23 integrates the energizing time of respective lamp heaters 153 in respective heating bottles 15a, 15b, 15c, 15d through a power module 21. An indication control unit 24 discriminates and recognizes an energizing time monitor indicating request from an operating/indicating unit 25 with respect to respective lamp heaters 153 and reads an integrated energizing time data, corresponding to a specified lamp heater 153 from the energizing time integrating unit 231 to indicate the integrated energizing time of the lamp heater 153 on the lamp energizing time monitor image plane of the operating/indicating unit 25 based on the integrated energizing time data.</p> |
