<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a liquid crystal display device, in which a route librating electromagnetic noise which enter into a repair wiring from a high speed signal to a GRD is secured and which is capable of reducing the effect of electromagnetic waves by connecting the the repair wiring, which is apt to be affected by the electromagnetic noise of the high speed signal and which is not used in restoring the disconnection and the short circuit to a grounding wiring, and to prevent its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: In a liquid crystasl display device, which is provided with an insulating substrate having, first wirings 1 which are arrangingly formed in a row direction and which are composed of plural lines of mutually insulated wirings and second wirings 2, which are formed arranged in a column direction orthogonal to the first wirings and which are composed of plural lines of mutually insulated wirings and with a repair wiring 9, which is formed on the insulating substrate or on the external circuit substrate connected to the insulating substrate and which is provided with respect to the first or the second wirings, the device has constitution in which the repair wiring 9 is grounded.</p> |
