<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector for a printed circuit board that is high in space efficiency, improvable in flexibility of board design, and easy in assembling. SOLUTION: The connector comprises a connector housing 10, multiple connecting terminals 12 that are inserted to an accomodating chamber 16 of the connector housing 10, and a spacer block 14 of which surface is fitted to the side of the chamber 16. The terminals 12 are inserted to another side of the terminals substantially at the central position in the height direction of a contact part 40 inserted in the housing 10, and also terminal edges 12a that are in continuity to the conductive circuit pattern of the printed circuit board are placed apart from axis CL2 of the terminals 12. The spacer block 14 is accomodated in the chamber 16 in such a manner as a window 24 for passing each terminal 12a is formed in double vertically along the line of the chamber 16 along the position of the axis CL2 of the connector 12 and the direction of each terminal 12 is to pass the edge 12a to either side of upper or lower side of the window 24.</p> |
