<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent changing of AF(auto focus) rating area of objects caused by a camera shake during sampling of each AF rating value, and allow detection of the shake irrespective of the magnitude. SOLUTION: In this apparatus, a CPI 121 prompts correction of the position of a CCD 103 to a shake correction means 137 based on the shake correction value, so that the value is calculated with a calculation means 140 according to the shake value by a shake detecting means 136 at each prescribed time interval during the sampling of each AF rating value by an AF-rating value sampling means 139. Also the CPU 121 prompts reduction of amplification rate of an amplifier 143, when the shake value is detected greatly at each prescribed time interval before the correction of the position of the CCD 103 (before the start of exposure) or during the correction of the CCD 103 by the shake correction means 137.</p> |
