PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To print a small picture or preserve it in an electronic brain again after enlarging and displaying the small picture being at hand or being preserved in the electronic brain into a large picture like a blackboard such that it can be corrected and to enable this operation to repeat. SOLUTION: For a material like a plate which has a writable and erasable surface for display, not only a writing printer but also a graphic reading scanner are provided. Thus the operation to restore an enlarged picture to a small picture after enlarging the small picture to a correctable large picture can be repeated many times.
