PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a level shifter circuit which can convert a 1st logical signal quickly with low current consumption to a 2nd logical signal having a lower level than the 1st logical signal. SOLUTION: This level shifter circuit is equipped with a control circuit PDRV, a control circuit NDRV, and a driver circuit DRV1. The control circuit PDRV drives and controls a PMOS transistor M12 in a driver circuit DRV1. The control circuit NDRV drives and controls an NMOS transistor M13 in the driver circuit DRV1 with its output signal (voltage of net37).
