PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a photodetector which can be processed with little time and and labor. SOLUTION: This improved photodetector receives a light with its light receiving part and converts the light into a current. The photodetector has an electrode, which has a ring-shape and at least one protrusion on the inner circumference of the ring and outputs a current, on its light receiving part.
