PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital camera, capable of mounting a personal telephone and a card-shaped communication medium, while making it incapable to remove a recording medium during access to it the recording medium. SOLUTION: In this camera, a cover 28, having an incision 26 for avoiding interference of the connecting part of a connecting cable is mounted at a slot 23, when a communication PC card 17 is inserted to the slot 23.
