发明名称 METHOD FOR DETECTING NUCLEIC ACID HAVING COMPLEMENTARY REGION IN THE SAME STRAND
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for detecting a nucleic acid having a complementary region in the same strand. SOLUTION: Only the nucleic acid in a sample, having a double-strand structure in the same strand, is detected after the nucleic acids in the sample are placed under a condition, in which the double-strand structure in the same strand is refrained from being modified, while a double stranded nucleic acid modified to single stranded structure. The double-strand nucleic acid may be detected by a known method, after all the nucleic acids in the sample are modified to single-stranded and brought under the conditions, in which only the nucleic acid having the complementary region in the same strand forms the double strand. This method is specific to a structure having complementary region in the same strand and is particularly fit to detect an amplified product by LAMP method which has especially has replicating structures of the complementary region.
