PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semi-automatic weighing and filling device capable of filling and weighing at two times or more of conventional treating speed by leaving filling and weighing work and raw material switching work at a container unit as they ware among conveying works included in works while automating other works by using a machine. SOLUTION: The device comprises a weighing unit 2 having an input part 9 for inputting and setting an upper limit value and a lower limit value of weight as a fixed quantity, a weight display part 12 for displaying the weight of an article 11 to be weighed put on a weighing stage 10, and a function to automatically detect whether or not the weight is within a range between the values. The device also comprises a delivery unit 13 for delivering the article to be weighed 11 on the weighing stage 10 out of a system based on a signal from the weighing unit 2 when the weight is within the values, a placing stage 4 adjoining to the weighing unit 2 to place a container 3 with the raw material put inside, and a container feeding machine 5 having a container receiving part 7 placed above the container 3 with mounting a sensor 8 to the container receiving part 7. The sensor 8 detects every time a container 6 on the container receiving part 7 is taken up and only the next container 6 is fed on the container receiving part 7 by the container feeding machine 5.
