PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cool by the building frame heat storage and follow-up operation, utilizing a compressor or condenser of an ice-making refrigeration circuit. SOLUTION: In a refrigeration circuit composed of a compressor 1, a condenser 2, an expansion valve 3 and an ice making machine 4, an auxiliary refrigeration circuit 6 is connected from the outlet of the condenser 2 to an intermediate port 1a of the compressor 1 in parallel to the ice making machine 4 and the expansion valve 3 and provided with a heat exchanger 8, an ice storage tank 13 stores ice produced by the ice making machine 4, and a building heat storage (indoor cooler) 9 for storing cold in a floor slab W and a building frame heat storing condenser (cooling condenser) 10 are provided between which a refrigerant is naturally circulated. At night a binotherm solution is circulated between the heat exchanger 8 and the condenser 10 to execute the building frame heat storage. When, in the daytime, the cooling load is high so that the quantity of cold stored in the building frame becomes short, cooling is made in a follow-up operation by circulating the binothem solution between the heat exchanger 8 and the condenser 10.
