The anti-vibration bush consists of an annular external sleeve (11) into which is force fitted a rubber body (14) and which adheres onto the internal sleeve (13). The rubber body is retained in the external sleeve by restraints (16) formed, by inward folding, at the axial ends (15) of the exterior sleeve.
