PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To directly distribute information being useful when business activities obtained from customer correspondence information concerning failure reception is performed to a user in a department for the business. SOLUTION: Failure information of a failure occurrence unit is obtained linked with a user call and it is decided whether the same failure occurs in a prescribed period or not from obtained failure information and a failure history. When the same failure occurs in the prescribed period, the information is distributed to the terminal of a business office in charge or a store.
