SOLUTION: The intellectual property including an outstanding patent, ideas such as practically useful new idea or art is made into bill, that bill is sold to investors to obtain funds and the intellectual property is entirely or partially bought or lent or used by permission by that funds. The intellectual property or object making the outstanding intellectual property into commercial articles is sold or lent to a third person and regardless to the amount of sales, the remaining money after subtracting the suitable profit of a securities selling company, the cost of the securities selling company, the buying fund of the intellectual property, the charges of the intellectual property, the cost of use permission and the cost required for making into article from the sales and the fund is divided among the investors as a dividend. When there are dividends over years, the dividends are divided among the investors for a plurality of years. |
