PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indoor side solenoid valve having a metering mechanism used in an air conditioner having a re-heating and drying function on which no high speed flow noise is generated when refrigerant is metered and a dwelling environment is not deteriorated. SOLUTION: A valve body of an indoor side solenoid valve of a re-heating dry air conditioner for changing over a passage where fluid such as refrigerant flows between its full-opened state and its metered state is constituted by a sponge-like structure, having some fine clearance capable of dispersing and passing the fluid as found like sponge-like metal or sponge-like resin, thereby dispersing the fluid to flow through the clearances in the sponge-like structure under a metered state, and dampening a high speed flow of the refrigerant under an effect of this dispersion to reduce noise of high speed flow.
