PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing gas leak free connection between a valve and a container and forming a gas using such the container. SOLUTION: In the connection between the container and the valve, it is required to establish a complete gas leak free connection. To attain the complete gas leak free connection, the gaskets or metal seals are used on the seal portion of the connection as the first step and it is characterized that a periphery welding is carried out from the outside as the second step so that the complete gas leak free connection between the container and the valve is established.
