<p>A connecting portion, between PC steel stranded wires, using a PC steel stranded wire connecting tool is covered with a transparent coupler sheath having in the pipe wall thereof an inlet and an outlet for a delayed hardening resin filler, the resin filler is poured and filled into the sheath through the inlet, then the entire outer periphery of the PC steel stranded wire connecting portion including the coupler sheath is buried in poured concrete, and the PC steel stranded wires are tensioned after the hardening of the concrete but before the hardening of the resin filler to complete an excellent PC steel stranded wire connection structure. Since the filling condition of the resin filler inside the coupler sheath in the PC steel stranded wire connecting portion can be visually recognized, the filler can be filled perfectly. The tensioning of the PC steel stranded wires before the hardening of the filler ensures a proper cutting of wedges, in the PC steel stranded wire connecting tool, into the PC steel stranded wires to thereby provide an excellent connection structure.</p> |
