<p>The invention relates to the design of a sinking centrifugal pump stage, in particular to the pumps used for the extraction oil and other liquid substances by means of a borehole. Said pump stage comprises an impeller fixed to a shaft and consisting of a driving disc, a driven covering disc and blades. the distributor comprises a paddle covering disc, a cylindrical fixed block and paddles. The relationship between the blades and paddle numbers is selected equal to 1.75. The relationship between the blade width and the paddle width is selected within the range from 0.75 to 0.95. The relationship between the impeller diameter and/or the paddle covering disc diameter and the inner diameter of the cylindrical fixed block is selected within the range from 0.92 to 0.97. Each blade is embodied with a spanning angle ranging between 98° and 104° and with an alternate radius which is gradually increscent from the impeller input to the output thereof. The blade thickness is gradually increscent from the distributor input to the output thereof. Other relationships between the stage dimensions are also disclosed. The invention makes it possible to increase efficiency and increase the pressure head, in addition to improving the pressure head characteristics of the pump. Fig.1 ???? Inlet</p> |
