PURPOSE: A three dimensional chemical information service system and a chemical equation editor is provided to enable a user to browse three dimensional molecular structure on a screen, and construct three dimensional molecular structure by using a mouse. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a network(100), a chemical information offering server(200), and a user terminal(300). The chemical information offering server(200) includes a database server(210), a management server(220), a web server(230), and a remote data server(240). The database server(210) stores data on atoms and molecules. The management server(220) manages the database server(210). The web server(230) reads the data stored in the database server(210) according to a request of a user. The remote data server(240) transmits the data, offered by the web server(230), to the user terminal by a unit of the block. A chemical equation editor enables the user to select one atom by clicking on the atom with a mouse, and to drag and drop remaining atoms for constructing a molecule. The editor can adjust an adhesion angle and a length of molecules to determine a three dimensional shape. |
