摘要 PURPOSE: To provide the control device of an elevator without impairing an energy saving effect due to charging, using a low capacity, less expensive secondary battery, conducting stable charge/discharge control of a power storage device. CONSTITUTION: This control device of the elevator is equipped with a converter 2 for converting an AC power into a DC power by rectification; an inverter 4 for converting the DC power into the variable voltage, variable frequency AC power to operate the elevator; a power storage device 11 which stores the DC power from a DC bus bar 3 in the regenerative operation of the elevator and supplies the stored DC power to the DC bus bar in powering operation; a charge/discharge control circuit 15A for controlling the charge/discharge of the power storage device; a series connection body of a regeneration current control gate 16 and a regenerative resistance 17, installed between DC bus bars; a regenerative control circuit 19A for controlling the regeneration current control gate; and a charge/discharge state measuring device 14 for measuring the charge/discharge state of the power storage device. The charge/ discharge control circuit 15A controls the charge/discharge of the power storage device based on the measured value of the bus bar voltage and the measured value of the charge/discharge state.
