PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device in which a developing roller can be preferably recycled and development without irregular density can be performed and to provide an image forming device equipped with that developing device. SOLUTION: The developing roller 24 is formed without adhering the roller axis 24 and the roller part 24b, and a polymer toner is used as the toner. In the recycling process, the roller axis 24a can be easily separated from the roller part 24b. In the process of forming an image, even when the developing roller 24 is pressed by a layer thickness regulating blade 25, the polymer toner having good fluidity acts as a roller between the roller 24 and the blade 25 to decrease the frictional force between them. Thus, slipping between the roller axis 24a and the roller part 24b caused by the friction can be effectively prevented. |
